George Brown’s Digital Analytics Program recognizes that digital analytics – a combination of web analytics, marketing campaign measurements, data visualization, and social media metrics – is a key part of data analysis. This program has been designed for those who wish to get involved with digital analysis, data mining, web analytics, and data visualization as well as those whose job functions currently include marketing, website development, search engine optimization, social media metrics, and digital advertising.
Students learn how to use a combination of web analytics tools, marketing principles, information design, and technology to achieve both strategic and tactical business objectives. They will develop the skills they need to promote effective strategic decisions by learning to report on website visitors’ behaviour, engage in digital content testing, identify purchasing patterns and demographics, perform trend analysis, and present and display digital data.
In order to receive a certificate, students must complete three required courses and two elective courses.
What You’ll Learn
- SEO and Paid Search.
- Infographics and Data Visualization.
- Digital Analytics and Insights.
- Business Intelligence with Power BI.
- Design Thinking for Business Innovation.
- Finance for Non-financial Professionals.
- Practical AI for Business.
- Project Management Fundamentals.
- Web Design: HTML and CSS.

In the past colleges were expected to do this since that’s why people take their courses.
Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate ...

Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate what courses a college can offer if they don’t make their graduates job ready
