Property Management Program

George Brown’s Property Management Program provides you with a thorough grounding in financial planning, human relations, tenancy law, building maintenance and property administration. The required courses are intended for those looking to enter or currently working in the field of property management.

This program is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in partnership with the Institute of Housing Management (IHM). Program graduates meet the education requirements to pursue the IHM Accredited Membership.

To succesffully complete the program gradutes will have completed the five Compulsory Courses: Property and Building Administration, Building Maintenance for Property Managers, Human Relations for Property Managers, Strategic and Financial Planning for Property Managers, and Tenancy Law in Ontario. In addition, one of the three elective courses will be complete: Accounting 1, Leadership Fundamentals, or Project Management Fundamentals.
