Humber College offers a free transition program for youth between the ages of 19 and 29. This specialized program has been designed to help you make a successful transition to college, whether you have completed high school or not. This will be achieved through a strong focus on developing individualized learning plans, mentoring, advising, career exploration, and skill building.

Participants will also be able to take part in a variety of learning opportunities in areas like Media, Business, or Design.

What You’ll Learn

  • Explore college programs and career options.
  • Receive support with completing your college application (including fees).
  • Learn how OSAP can help pay for college.
  • Create a plan for your career goals.

Admission Requirements

  • Ages 19-29
  • Be legally eligible to work in Canada (have a social insurance number)
  • Must not have completed/graduated from a recognized public college or university program
