The world’s most successful companies innovate, adapt and change. The ability to drive and lead effectively is a key differentiator of successful leaders.
In Rotman’s Leading Change program, students will receive strategies to optimize design, culture and behavior in their organizations. In three days participants learn how to set a vision, rally teams and achieve and sustain their vision. Students will build upon foundations to lead a team through the age of disruption with grace and confidence.
Over three days students will use Rotman’s Opposing Forces framework to develop a unique change model for accelerating the process in their own organization. They will also develop their ability to energize teams by examining implicit beliefs about change.
