Office Administration – Health Services

The Office Administration – Health Services program at Sheridan College equips students with essential technical and professional skills for working in healthcare settings. The two-year program covers medical office procedures, terminology, billing, transcription, and specialized software. Students can choose between a Medical Simulation course or Field Placement for hands-on experience.

The program is accredited by the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA), and graduates are eligible for national certification.

Admission Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.
• English: Grade 12 (ENG4C or ENG4U) or equivalent.
• Mature student status may also be considered.
