Culinary Arts Diploma

The Culinary Arts School of Ontario’s Culinary Arts Diploma program is a perfect fit for students looking to explore the many options in the culinary field, such as food writing, teaching and basic training and an introduction to a professional kitchen environment.

This Culinary Arts Diploma program offers two terms. Each program is based on a modular learning system, which allows students to learn in a building block style approach.  Each module will be comprised of 5 hours per day; 2 of which will be theory presented in the classroom and 3 of which are hands-on in the student kitchen. This program also includes career development and job search assistance, as well as any necessary certifications to get students started on their career path sooner.  The Culinary Arts Program offers a Basic Food Safety Certification Test, which provides students with an in depth knowledge of hospitality standards, adding value during job search.
