Implementing a course of action that moves an organization toward more equitable and inclusive policies, practices and processes is a challenging task. While many organizations have language and processes in place to embrace diversity and inclusivity, being truly equitable requires a tangible and clear roadmap. Understand the differences between equity and inclusion, and how each contributes to the well-being, growth and safety of employees, customers and stakeholders. Consider different approaches to becoming more inclusive and equitable. Reflect upon your role within your organization, and create a toolkit that generates a more inclusive and equitable environment.

A good and inexpensive introduction to copywriting with some time spent on relevant business concepts. I wish I had taken Writing for Content Marketing, as that's what I'm more interested in, but I guess this course helped me learn that about myself. There are no grades, just assignments, for this course. Overall, I probably spent about 3 hours per week on the material and got in some face-time with the instructor.
