This diploma program is designed to accommodate busy learners as an entirely self-paced, online learning experience from the University of New Brunswick. Students will learn from industry leaders about how how to operate in the business world, as well as building on health and safety protocols. With an emphasis on flexibility, learners who already have a valid CRSP, CRST, or approved OHS certificate can take up to two-years to complete this online diploma program.
This advanced program caters best to supervisors, managers, and emerging OHS leaders who are looking to find the next steps in their career in health and safety. Students will delve into the essentials of business dynamics, leadership strategies, effective communication, workplace training methodologies, and decisive decision-making.
Upon completion of this program and UNB’s Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, students will meet the formal educational requirements to write the CRSP exam.

Just finished the online MBA at UNB and I’d say it was totally worth it. The flexibility was a huge win — I could juggle work and classes without losing my mind. Profs were super helpful and responsive, and the content felt relevant, not just textbook stuff.
Only thing is, networking isn’t as easy online, and you’ll need to be self-motivated to stay on track. But if you’re looking for a solid, flexible MBA that won’t break the bank, UNB’s a great option.
