My experience in the Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy (DCP) program at Yorkville University has been exceptional in every regard. From the outset, I was impressed by the well-thought-out curriculum, which demonstrated a clear thematic flow and intentional integration from one course to the next. Each course built upon previous knowledge while preparing the foundation for what was to come, allowing for a cohesive and holistic learning experience that mirrored the progressive nature of professional clinical development.

The Applied Scholarship Project (ASP) component of the program was particularly enriching. It was thoughtfully designed to walk students through the steps of conducting high-level secondary research, equipping us with the skills and confidence to produce work of publishable quality.
