Computer Information Technology

This full-time Information Technology (IT) program provides students with a comprehensive understanding of modern computing systems, combining theory with hands-on learning in a dynamic, small-class environment. Through instructor-led sessions and a flipped classroom approach, students gain practical experience with scripting, web development, database management, enterprise networking, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure. The program emphasizes both technical skills and professional competencies, including business communications, organizational behavior, and legal and ethical considerations in IT.

Students engage in multiple applied projects and have opportunities for work-integrated learning through co-op or internship placements, allowing them to apply their skills in real-world environments. Graduates leave the program ready to support, manage, and innovate within diverse IT roles, equipped to handle cloud and on-premises systems, enterprise networks, cybersecurity, data analytics, and project management.
