This one-year co-op diploma will provide a springboard for a career in the dynamic world of hospitality and tourism. Cultivate professional hotel competencies such as effective communication skills and exceptional customer service, leadership, and teamwork skills to deliver first-class service.
The Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management program equips students with the required skills, knowledge, and attitudes to efficiently fulfil the operational responsibilities of an effective professional in the Hospitality sector.
This program is designed to train students with industry standard knowledge in all areas of Hospitality including Front Office Operations, Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality Marketing, and Finance.
Upon completing this program, students will have developed competencies in contemporary hospitality and tourism practices and the supervisory skills for entry-level management.
