The part-time Property Management Certificate program delivers a comprehensive body of knowledge and skills for success in the property management profession.
The residential and commercial property management courses examine legal, operating, and management topics in regard to residential rental buildings, residential strata buildings, and commercial/investment properties including office, retail, and shopping centre developments. The balance of the program develops essential skills in communications, negotiation, dispute resolution, financial statement review, and building operations. The program curriculum is designed to give students a thorough understanding of the foundations of professional property management.
The certificate requires completion of six courses.
