Leaders with the knowledge and skills to facilitate team engagement are a valuable asset to any organization seeking to build a workplace culture of collaboration, innovation, employee and customer satisfaction, performance excellence, and leadership growth.

The Employee Engagement Leadership program explores the strategies and techniques needed to engage and empower a team for top performance. Motivate the people to contribute their best and collaborate more effectively with others. Help individuals and teams overcome roadblocks to productivity. Leverage the employee engagement life cycle to build a more motivated culture of connection, communication, and change adaptation. Participants will fine-tune their leadership skills to become more engaging facilitative leaders in their organization.

The Employee Engagement Leadership program is for people leaders, executives, directors, managers, HR specialists, and talent/organizational development professionals in the public or private sector.

My experience at Sauder was overall very positive, I graduated in 2019.

There was a balance between advanced business theories and classes, and technical skills such as analytics and programming. The latter of which I personally found to be
quite difficult, but rewarding if you put the time in to learn.

By far, the best part of the program was the people. Everyone accepted was professional, nice, and smart. These are people who want you to succeed just as much as they want to succeed themselves.

The school's career centre was an invaluable resource to help with applications and conducting mock interviews so we knew what to expect when entering the job market.

Be prepared for an (at times) overwhelming workload though. Your social life will take a significant hit when class starts.

Sauder gets 5-stars from me. Great international faculty and a strong community of business professionals. My firm covered the costs of the change management program but I would have happily paid for it myself.
