The Employee Engagement Leadership program explores the strategies and techniques needed to engage and empower a team for top performance. Motivate the people to contribute their best and collaborate more effectively with others. Help individuals and teams overcome roadblocks to productivity. Leverage the employee engagement life cycle to build a more motivated culture of connection, communication, and change adaptation. Participants will fine-tune their leadership skills to become more engaging facilitative leaders in their organization.
The Employee Engagement Leadership program is for people leaders, executives, directors, managers, HR specialists, and talent/organizational development professionals in the public or private sector.
