The University of Manitoba’s Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) program at the Asper School of Business offers a comprehensive foundation in business while allowing students the flexibility to explore and refine their interests. Designed as a 120 credit degree, the program combines core business courses with major-specific studies, business options, and electives to build both breadth and depth of knowledge. Coursework spans areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, supply chain management, law, sustainability, Indigenous economic perspectives, and international political economy, ensuring graduates develop the analytical, strategic, and ethical skills required in today’s business environment.
As students progress through the program, they may choose to specialize in one or two majors, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Human Resources Management, Indigenous Business Studies, Strategy and Global Management, and Supply Chain Management and Logistics. Learning extends beyond the classroom through co-op opportunities that allow students to explore industries, roles, and organizations while building professional networks before graduation.
