The University of Manitoba’s Master of Interior Design (MID) program is a nationally accredited, research-based graduate program that prepares students to become innovative leaders in the field of interior design. With a strong emphasis on critical inquiry, sustainability, and human-centered design, the program encourages students to explore the social, cultural, and environmental impact of interior spaces. Through a blend of studio work, seminars, and interdisciplinary collaboration, students develop advanced design thinking and technical skills.

Admission Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Interior Design or Environmental Design.
- Portfolio containing a comprehensive representation of the applicant’s own work to illustrate creative potential, technical background and experience, and graphic communication skills. The portfolio shall include samples of both visual and written work.
