Bachelor of Human Resource Management (International Students)(International Students) only accepts applications from International Students.
The Bachelor of Human Resource Management (HRM) degree program is designed to equip students with the skills needed to succeed as HR practitioners in today’s evolving business environment. The program follows the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA) competency framework and includes core courses required to prepare graduates for HRPA’s Professional Exams. It focuses on the employee career cycle, from onboarding to separation, and develops key skills such as remote collaboration, time management, agility, and emotional intelligence.
The curriculum combines theory-based learning with practical experience, including case-based learning, experiential opportunities, and capstone projects with real-world industry clients. The program also includes two paid co-op terms to provide valuable work experience. Students will gain both technical business skills and human (soft) skills, preparing them to manage an organization’s most valuable asset—its people. Graduates will be proficient in using HRIS software, SAP tools, and other cutting-edge technologies to support HR functions and organizational goals.
