Business Administration – Human Resources (International Students) only accepts applications from International Students.

Mohawk College’s Business Administration – Human Resources program equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to pursue a successful career in human resources across a variety of industries. The program is designed to meet the professional standards set by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and includes the necessary courses required to obtain the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.

Students will explore core HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, health and safety, and employment legislation. The program also covers organizational behavior, career development, and human resources planning, providing a comprehensive foundation in managing human capital.

This is my second time attending this college, when I attended years ago it was a very different experience. The school held many events, frosh week was always a blast, the campus is massive, free gym membership on campus, and they have great selection of food, downside was parking was usually a nightmare. This year is a bit different, with classes online its a bit hectic, confusing and I knew it would be. In my course the professors are very supportive, the layout is making a bit more sense each day, the it department have been fantastic. One thing I will say is that it can be a bit difficult to get some answers from certain departments, but my course professors are doing a great job so far!
