This hands-on four-week voiceover acting course introduces prospective students to the fundamentals of the craft while giving them opportunities to practice a range of performance styles. Students begin by learning essential voice acting terminology and industry concepts, exploring vocal techniques, script interpretation, and effective performance strategies. Through guided recording sessions and constructive feedback, they can strengthen vocal control, projection, clarity, tone, expressiveness, and emotional delivery.
Each week focuses on a different area of voiceover, including commercials, video games, and animation. Students record commercial scripts while exploring different branding styles, perform an emotionally engaging video game monologue, and bring animated characters to life using curated scripts. By the end of the course, students gain practical recording experience and develop greater confidence, vocal range, and versatility for performing a variety of characters and roles.
