In the complex context of today’s global work environment and marketplace, leadership demands high levels of personal mastery far beyond what was required of earlier generations. In this module, we provide an integrated approach to the human issues in organizations. Our goal is to help you remedy the underlying causes of behaviour that block successful leadership performance and to understand how the way in which you behave and relate to yourself and others is crucial to your effectiveness.
You’ll engage in a rich journey of self-exploration that will enable you to release your full potential by increasing self-awareness and self-determination. Through brief lectures, experiential activities, visualizations, psychometric instruments, group feedback, and skills practice, you’ll leave the program with a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and with a leadership development plan you can put to use immediately.
