Change Enablement: Realization of Project Value

This course goes beyond the theory and utilizes a realistic project scenario to explore how change management — or lack of — affects project and program success. Through discussion and group exercises, participants will identify some of the inhibiters to achieving project results and the challenges to affecting the desired change within an organization.

By the end of the session, participants will not only have a better understanding of what Change Management is all about, they will also learn the key components of effective change management and their importance to program and project success.
