In 2024, nearly 60 per cent of Global 2000 businesses moved to support the entire employee life cycle using Artificial Intelligence. New tools like stacked analysis make it possible to compare employee performance between firms – not just within. Moreover, businesses can now be fined in New York City for using software tools that contain an implicit bias if their applicants are treated unfairly. Participants in the AI for Human Resources course learn how their firm can leverage new opportunities for growth while mitigating unnecessary risks.
The AI for Human Resources course can be taken on it’s own, or as part of the Artificial Intelligence for Business Administration Certificate program.
