ONE STAR DRIVING SCHOOL TORONTO.

All those who gave 5 stars to this establishment are mostly fake reviews, many required by this school for the student to complete their driver's license applications. And then you see 5 star reviews made by the driving instructors on themselves.

The driving instructors and the office staff need to go take regular English language classes before even working here, as you will be have a very difficult time understanding their English. Also, ALL the driving instructors and staff have very thick accents coming from the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Palestine, etc.) and South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, etc.) There are NO driving instructors or staff who are from a native English speaking country, let alone somebody local and native in Canada. All these are problems, as instructions given by them during the lessons are NOT clear, and will cause confusion and miscommunication, leading to accidents and collisions on the road. The MTO should really require instructors to have a certain level of English language proficiency before they are allowed to be on the road.

You will have problems booking driving lessons, as the almost competent instructors are fully booked months in advance. DO NOT FORGET to get confirmation in writing that you will get a reasonably close driving lesson date before even giving them your money.

Also expect a lot of yelling, attitude problems, and unprofessional behavior from the driving instructors and office staff. It is like they are very stressed out all the time. They need to be reminded that the students are their customers who are paying for their salaries, that they should treat the students/customers with dignity and respect, before they even demand it themselves. If ever the student/customer makes a mistake, they should be patient and understanding as these are part of their jobs. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

This is another ongoing scam of many scams in the city.
