Software Engineering Technician (Fast Track)

My experience with Centennial College has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a straightforward administrative issue has turned into a long and stressful process because my emails and requests have repeatedly gone unanswered.
I contacted the appropriate departments multiple times regarding an issue with charges on my student account and requested clarification and assistance. Despite sending several emails to Accounts Receivable and Student experience, I received no meaningful response to my questions. I also created a CASS ticket, but that did not result in a satisfactory response or resolution either.
The most frustrating part is not simply the financial issue, it is the lack of communication and follow-up. When a student contacts a college repeatedly about an important account matter, they should not have to continuously chase different departments just to receive a basic response.
I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to get someone to properly review my situation. Instead of receiving clear answers, I have experienced no attention, unanswered emails, and what feels like being passed from one place to another without anyone taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
This situation has also caused me significant and ongoing stress, particularly. Students should not be left feeling helpless simply because college departments fail to respond to reasonable requests for clarification.
Centennial College needs to seriously improve its student support, communication, and accountability. Ignoring repeated emails and leaving students without answers is not acceptable customer service, especially when money is involved.
I hope the college reviews how these departments handle student complaints and account disputes. Students deserve timely communication, transparency, and a fair opportunity to have their concerns properly investigated.
Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed with Centennial College's handling of this matter and with the lack of response from the departments I contacted.

As a current student in Centennial College’s Early Childhood Education program, I’m loving the experience so far! The curriculum is really well-rounded, covering everything from child development to creating inclusive learning environments. The best part is the hands-on experience—we get to work with kids through placements, which is amazing for applying what we learn in class.
