George Brown College’s Home Inspection Program is intended for those working towards becoming a home inspector. In addition to exploring the components and systems that a home inspector would include in a home inspection, the courses in this program cover a wide range of important subjects, including professional responsibilities, contracts, reports, and inspection limitations.

This program is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in co-operation with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and Carson Dunlop.

What You’ll Learn

  • Learn to clearly communicate technical findings in areas such as heating, plumbing, electrical, and roofing.
  • Develop professional reporting and client communication skills for various home inspection components.
  • Gain the ability to explain inspection results effectively across interior, exterior, and structural systems.

I am extremely disappointed in the non-assistance given after completing this course with high marks.
In the past colleges were expected to do this since that’s why people take their courses.
Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate ...

Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate what courses a college can offer if they don’t make their graduates job ready
