The Introduction to Nail Enhancements course at MC College helps students expand their skills as nail technicians by building on their existing knowledge of nail care. The program prepares learners to provide clients with natural-looking nail enhancements using two of the most popular techniques: gel and acrylic. In addition to mastering safety and sanitation practices, students gain hands-on experience in the application, removal, and maintenance of nail enhancements using both tips and forms.

Admission Requirements

  • Successful completion of George Brown’s Manicure course or proof of both a practical background and a theoretical background in nail care (for example, through a record of education and/or employment).

What You’ll Learn

  • Apply, maintain, and remove gel and acrylic nail enhancements using tips and forms.
  • Practice proper safety, sanitation, and professional nail care techniques.

I am extremely disappointed in the non-assistance given after completing this course with high marks.
In the past colleges were expected to do this since that’s why people take their courses.
Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate ...

Lots of money wasted. Someone should regulate what courses a college can offer if they don’t make their graduates job ready
