In Humber’s Social Media Analytics course, students will harness the power of data-driven decision-making through social media analytics, learning to measure and optimize the impact of social media strategies for maximum ROI. Students will gain insights by analyzing social media data, and measuring metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and return on ad spend to inform their business goals. In this course, learners will evaluate campaign performance using industry tools, set up social listening accounts to monitor account performance and create enticing visual reports to present data insights that inform their social marketing strategy.
This course consists of a live, weekly class, with additional 1-2 hours of self-study required per week. Learners should expect a total of 25-30 hours to successfully complete the course.
The Social Media Analytics course may be taken independently or as part of the Social Media, Certificate of Completion program.

I recently took the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Digital Marketers and Communications program at Humber Polytechnic and found it really practical and easy to follow. It breaks down AI concepts in a way that actually makes sense for marketers, without getting overly technical.
I liked that we focused on real-world tools and use cases — from content creation to analytics — and how to apply AI strategically rather than just chasing trends. It’s a great starting point for anyone in marketing or communications who wants to understand how AI can fit into their day-to-day work.
