Whether learners are an aspiring social media content creator or simply want to stay current in the ever-changing world of social media, this course is a great starting point. Students will learn how to develop a social media plan from scratch, from creating a customer persona, to using Canva to produce content, to measuring the results of a campaign through analytics. Taught by an industry professional, students leave this course feeling ready to use social media to help grow their business and their social media community.

This course consists of a live, weekly class, with additional 1-2 hours of self-study required per week. Learners should expect a total of 25-30 hours to successfully complete the course.

I recently took the Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Digital Marketers and Communications program at Humber Polytechnic and found it really practical and easy to follow. It breaks down AI concepts in a way that actually makes sense for marketers, without getting overly technical.

I liked that we focused on real-world tools and use cases — from content creation to analytics — and how to apply AI strategically rather than just chasing trends. It’s a great starting point for anyone in marketing or communications who wants to understand how AI can fit into their day-to-day work.
