Mohawk College’s Human Resources program provides students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to thrive in the field of human resources management. Students will gain expertise in key areas such as recruitment, employee training and development, performance management, compensation, health and safety, and labour relations. The program focuses on equipping graduates with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of workforce management, from hiring and onboarding to fostering employee wellbeing and resolving labour disputes. Through a blend of theory and hands-on learning, students are prepared to meet the demands of today’s fast-paced workplace and contribute to organizational success.
