The Culinary Arts School of Ontario’s Culinary Management Diploma program is designed to be completed in two terms. Students receive a variety of practical experiences in a production kitchen, as well as in a work experience placement that will help provide further kitchen experience. Included in the Culinary Management Program is also the opportunity to be a part of Live Restaurant Service.

Students move through the program using a modular learning system. Each module will be comprised of 5 hours per day; 2 of which will theory presented in the classroom and 3 of which are hands-on in the student kitchen.

The Culinary Arts School of Ontario’s Culinary Management Diploma includes career development and job search assistance, as well as any necessary certifications to get started on a career path sooner.  The Culinary Management Program offers WHIMIS Certification & Smart Serve Certifications, included in your program.

The Culinary Arts program gave me the fundamental tools, skills and knowledge to be confident in my ability to work in the industry, and eventually open my own business. This fast-tracked 5 month Diploma program was the perfect course for me and I was able to learn every single day. The instructors have a comprehensive teaching plan that allowed me to do my own independent studies but also have their guidance and honest feedback. I did not have to stay in school for 2 years like other schools and you actually learn the theory and practical components in the same module. If you are looking for a school to get you career ready, I definitely recommend Chef School!
