Recognizing the challenges of leading from the middle roles, UBC Sauder’s Certificate in Leading Professional Teams uses original research conducted by Robert Goatham (Project Management expert and CBS instructor) to help develop the skills, knowledge, and insights needed to effectively lead teams. The program focuses on building self-awareness and situational awareness, providing a benchmark for evaluating capabilities and identifying areas for improvement.
The program takes an operational and tactical approach to leading, combining active learning exercises with practical application in your work environment. Learn how to align people, build buy-in, and enable higher levels of productivity through our ten-week Bootcamp that includes a 2-day In-person workshop and Live Online classes.

Sauder gets 5-stars from me. Great international faculty and a strong community of business professionals. My firm covered the costs of the change management program but I would have happily paid for it myself.
