Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning

In the Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning program, students will learn the skills and knowledge to assess performance gaps, create effective and engaging learning experiences, facilitate those experiences, and effectively partner with clients. This program is ideal for learning professionals currently in or aspiring for positions such as instructional design, e-learning design, learning and development, digital learning design, learning facilitation, or people who manage learning and development teams.

Students will practice and perfect industry-specific tasks such as needs assessments, content creation, storyboarding and prototyping, assessments, data analysis, facilitating live or virtual learning events, and building partnerships with clients. They will gain mastery over vital performance and learning skills: technology proficiency, project management, communication and collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, and marketing.

Graduates walk out of this program prepared to level up their performance and learning careers.

The Masters Certificate in Workplace Performance and Learning program is twelve days of study over four months.
