The Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Diploma program is designed to master technical skills and gain the confidence and knowledge to apply skills learned to any style of cuisine.
Le Cordon Bleu’s Diplome de Cuisine is still considered the most rigorous and comprehensive program in classical French culinary techniques and international cuisine available today. The program offers complete hands-on training and is comprised of three certificates at basic, intermediate, and superior levels of cuisine and earns a diploma that is welcomed in the world’s finest kitchens.
Basic Cuisine is the preparatory course into the adventures of French cuisine. Intermediate Cuisine emphasizes the importance of “mise en place,” understanding organization, production, and presentation. The Superior Cuisine level exposes students to the evolution of cuisine and focuses on contemporary developments.
