Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute
Le Cordon Bleu has a presence in 20 countries with 35 international schools, training over 20,000 students of more than 100 different nationalities every year. Students are taught by Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs, of which the majority come from Michelin-starred restaurants. They pass on their knowledge of classic French cuisine and modern international culinary techniques to Le Cordon Bleu students.
Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is the only campus for Le Cordon Bleu in North America, offering programs in Pastry, Cuisine, Boulangerie, Diploma in Culinary Management, as well as offer a variety of short culinary courses ranging from demonstrations with tasting, practical workshops, and multiday courses. All taught by our Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Chef instructors in our state-of-the-art kitchens. These courses offer something for everyone, from beginner to industry professional.
