Designed for both those new to OD and Change, as well as those who have been practising in the field without formal training, the Masters Certificate in Organization Development and Change has been designed to give you the applied knowledge and practical experience necessary to solve critical business and organization development challenges with proven behavioral science-based approaches and techniques.
By participating in this program, you will develop a repertoire of practical knowledge, skills and tools that you can take back and immediately apply to your organization.
What You’ll Learn
- An understanding of OD and Change, including systems, processes and tools to improve workplace performance.
- Deep knowledge of the value of action research, dialogic OD and other approaches to OD.
- Knowledge of systems thinking and implications of change within systems.

- Appreciation of the value of culture change and its impact in organizations.
- Awareness of your own impact on your work as an “instrument of change” and your strengths and values as an OD consultant.

- Deeper insight into supporting change initiatives within organizations to effect real time change.
- Skills in strategic business management and how to align OD with business goals.
- The ability to build a compelling business case for an OD intervention to gain buy in from senior leaders.
