My experience at Sauder was overall very positive, I graduated in 2019.

There was a balance between advanced business theories and classes, and technical skills such as analytics and programming. The latter of which I personally found to be
quite difficult, but rewarding if you put the time in to learn.

By far, the best part of the program was the people. Everyone accepted was professional, nice, and smart. These are people who want you to succeed just as much as they want to succeed themselves.

The school's career centre was an invaluable resource to help with applications and conducting mock interviews so we knew what to expect when entering the job market.

Be prepared for an (at times) overwhelming workload though. Your social life will take a significant hit when class starts.

Sauder gets 5-stars from me. Great international faculty and a strong community of business professionals. My firm covered the costs of the change management program but I would have happily paid for it myself.
