For organizations to remain competitive, leaders need to create environments that foster equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). The skills gained in this Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion course will support students in developing their leadership capacity to foster EDI practices in the workplace. Participants who successfully complete this course will be able to describe the impacts of diversity and inclusion and examine the role of leaders in creating diverse and inclusive environments.

Students will also be able to describe strategies to support efforts in fostering diversity and inclusion at work. Upon successful completion of the competency assessment, learners will earn a NAIT Micro-credential and receive a Digital Badge that can be shared on social media and with networks.

If there are student accommodation issues - no help. If there are registration issues - no help. They pretty much take your money, then ignore you.
