Office Administration – General

Conestoga College offers a one-year Office Administration – General Ontario College Certificate program designed to equip students with the technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills necessary for effective performance in diverse office environments. The curriculum emphasizes proficiency in current office software, effective communication, and customer service abilities.

Graduates are prepared for entry-level administrative positions across various industries. The program is available at multiple campuses, including Kitchener – Doon, Stratford, and online, providing flexibility to accommodate different learning preferences.

Admission Requirements

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older).
• Grade 12 English (C: minimum 60% or U: minimum 50%) or equivalent.
• Conestoga College Preparatory Communications (COMM1251) with a minimum 60% (if applicable).
• Applicants without the required English course may consider Academic Upgrading programs.
