Students will be ready to take on health and safety roles in industries such as manufacturing, energy, and health care after completion of this program. Learners will become competent in understanding and applying risk management and accident prevention skills that will keep not only themselves but others safe on the job site.
Students will learn through scenario based situations that foster the skills necessary for the workplace, and will become comfortable in entering the workforce to enhance safety cultures of companies.
Admission Requirements
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Grade 12 English.
- Grade 11 or 12 biology or chemistry.
