PICA offered an exceptional experience. Top facilities and professional-grade everything in their kitchens that let you try your hand at many different techniques. Networking was awesome, with lots of pro chefs in Vancouver who shared their time with us. Vancouver is a great city to learn culinary arts in. Loads of guidance and mentorship and very good curriculum that has been developed over decades.
