This program provides students with the fundamentals of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and the key roles and responsibilities of an OHS practitioner.
Students enrolled in Red River College’s OHS program will develop their skills in risk and hazard assessment, management, control, and prevention, while also learning how to develop and implement their own safety management systems. RRC’s program lets learns experience a multi-disciplinary approach to health and safety culture, meaning students get a first hand look at the development of health and safety culture.
Admission Requirements
- Grade 12 English or equivalent.
- Grade 12 math.
- Grade 12 biology, chemistry, or science.
